JACK 96.9 is proud to be the official radio sponsor of ITALIAN DAY ON THE DRIVE! This is one of Canada’s largest one-day cultural festivals on Commercial Drive! It is a vibrant street celebration of Italian culture and heritage in Vancouver.  Commercial Drive, also known as The Drive, transforms the street into a lively 17 block, vehicle free, celebration and community festa.

ITALIAN DAY offers over 200 street participants comprised of: sponsors, merchants, retail booths, food vendors and restaurant patios, as well as stages with live music and theatre, street performers, classic cars, activities and displays, children’s amusement zones and more.

Look for the JACK Force on location at ITALIAN DAY 2017, celebrating this year’s AMORE theme. In Italian, Amore means love! It is a universal language and an exchange evoking many things: affection, romance, passion, respect, creativity, and commitment that embraces many cultures. For Italian Day 2017, JACK will help celebrate Amore in all aspects of life and the magical power it holds to connect and create both individual and collective experiences!
