Paul McCartney celebrated his 80th birthday a couple days early, but who cares … 80 is a BIG DEAL!

Paul McCartney brought his current tour to Metlife Stadium in New Jersey this week … stop us if this sounds familiar … he brought out a special guest. McCartney introduced Bruce Springsteen calling it a “birthday present to myself” (McCartney officially turns 80 June 18th). Springsteen joined Macca on stage wishing him “A happy birthday and 80 more years of glory days” before launching into the classic from 1984.

They also jammed out to The Beatles’ “I Wanna Be Your Man.” before returning later on with another local boy Jon Bon Jovi to join McCartney for “The End.” Our guess is you never who is going to show up at a concert, but in New Jersey it’s a good bet it’ll be Springsteen!
