5 Reasons to Celebrate Axl Rose on his Birthday

Axl Rose, lead singer of Guns N’ Roses is 54 on Feb. 6th!  Here’s just few reasons why we should celebrate the rocker on his Birthday…..

1. Chinese Democracy- It took Axl 15 years to create this album and it was the most expensive rock album ever made clocking in at a cool 13 million.

2. Because Axl has a way with the ladies and famously dated model Erin Everly, (the daughter of singer Don Everly of the Everly Brothers) and model Stephanie Seymour.

3. Because we (Vancouverites) love Axl Rose and Guns N’ Roses so much that in 2002 a riot started after GNR cancelled their show scheduled at Rogers Arena.

4. Because Axl knows how to bury the hatchet!  Slash and Axl Rose have finally reconciled after 19 years ending a bitter feud following Slash’s 1996 departure from the band.

5. Because Guns N’ Roses are reuniting with original members Slash and Duff McKagan! The band will headline Coachella on April.23, plus a few Vegas shows and one date in Mexico city.
