Football can be a divisive issue in families. On the one hand, you can have intrafamilial rivalries where say Mom likes the pant stylings of Michael Hoomanawanui of the New Orleans Saints while Dad enjoys lacrosse.

On the other hand you can have families with Football widows and widowers where the addiction to all things NFL takes up huge blocks of time or one partner, rendering the other partner “widowed” and the dog humiliated by the use of phrase “What a cute widdow doggie” in public.

But the one thing that can bring Families and Football together is a themed radio program such as “Pour Some 80s on Me” Sunday Morning at 10 and Sunday evening at 10 on 96.9 JACK. Tunes featuring past performers at Superbowl and bands that have family member in ‘em. Together at last.
