New Music From Tom Petty Coming Soon!

While it’s still shocking to think of Tom Petty in the past tense, we have good news for the legions of Petty faithful out there. New music from Tom Petty is coming soon! (September 28th to be exact)

In a few months, Reprise Records will release An American Treasure, a 60 song boxset that features dozens of previously unreleased recordings, alternate versions of classic songs, rarities, live performances and more.

We have even better news… they’ve already released the first song! The track is “Keep A Little Soul” and was originally recorded in 1982. Check out the video below, which features rare behind-the-scenes footage of the band.

How good is that song? Classic Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. We can’t wait to hear the rest.
