Classic Corn Roast!

This may be a staple for some, but consider some of our favourite toppings to spice things up a little!

Topping combos:

Chili pepper & lime juice

Basil & Feta cheese, or parmesan

Drizzle with Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, some honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds

 

Mac N’ Cheese:

Stay with us on the carb train, and create some beautiful mac n’ cheese, campfire style!

All you need is:

Milk (double the amount of milk to water)

Water

Butter

Pasta

Cheese (cheddar and mascarpone, seen here)

What to do:

Bring the water, butter and milk to a boil in a pot over the fire. Add pasta and allow to cook until most of the liquids are evaporated. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.

 

Skillet S’more

This will top any s’more you’ve ever had. A little less ordinary, a little more delicious!

All you need is:

caramel chocolate (Caramilk)

mini marshmallows

graham-crackers

What to do:

In a pan spray with non-stick oil. Layer chocolate with mini marshmallows. Set on BBQ without the lid, until marshmallows are golden brown. *This will be hot. Remove from BBQ, and get scoppin’!

 

Toasted Marshmallows & Baileys

And, let’s be honest, upping your campfire game, could be as simple as taking toasted marshmallows and dipping them in Baileys!!
