The Beastie Boys are suing Chili’s parent company over the use of their hit song “Sabotage.”

Surviving members Adam Horovitz, Michael Diamond, and Adam Yauch’s estate have filed against Brinker International for copyright infringement and trademark violations.

According to the lawsuit, Brinker International used “Sabotage” for a social media ad promoting Chili’s, and the visuals behind the ad “mirrored” the music video.

The Beasties hope to block Brinker from any more “infringements” and look to gain statutory damages.
