Lenny Kravitz is raising some eyebrows with a workout video he posted Tuesday.

Kravitz was seen lifting weights in a plum-colored muscle tank, complete with leather pants, black boots and his signature sunglasses.

He appears to do a combination of a pullover, situp and a shoulder press for added measure.

The video went viral, with 22.4 million views so far on the X platform and nearly a dozen professional trainers say they would not recommend the routine for any client.

One said, “It’s a ridiculous exercise,” while another observed, “It’s working everything except what it’s supposed to be.” Another weighed in with: “What’s the thing they say — ‘Do not try this at home.’”
