Steve Perry to Release New Album After Almost 25 Years

It’s been almost 25 years since the former Journey frontman put out an album, but this fall Steve Perry will be releasing his new album, Traces.

“Years ago, I disappeared. There were many reasons, but mainly… My Love for Music had suddenly left me,” the artist wrote on his website.

“One day, I began sketching some musical ideas with the creative freedom that I was the only one who would ever hear them. One song led to many. My Love for Music had returned.”

The first single, No Erasin’, talks about a reunion with an old flame.

The album has 10 tracks in total, with nine original songs and one cover of the Beatles’ I Need You.

The album will be available starting October 5^th and can be pre-ordered online. You can order it in CD, LP, or digital form.
