Watch This Killer Cover of Phil Collins' "In The Air Tonight"

This cover of Phil Collins’ “In The Air Tonight” is about as awesome as this guy’s beard! Matt James (pictured above) is the lead singer of Blacktop Mojo, a rock band from Dallas, Texas.

Recently, the band found themselves hanging out in an open warehouse, normally used for a whiskey distillery with super high ceilings and great natural reverb. That, combined with gritty vocals and an acoustic guitar – this cover is near perfect!

At about the 3:30 mark watch for the improvised drums and Matt James launch into some really impressive notes!

Fun fact: Blacktop Mojo opened a concert for Bon Jovi in Dallas, Texas in 2017!

No doubt these guys are onto big things!
