The ad is for ZonaJobs, a job search engine in Argentina, and depicts a middle-aged man trying to fit in with the younger generation at his place of work. The spot takes you through his frustration with dogs in the office, ping-pong matches instead of smoke breaks, and trying to navigate the world of millennial speak.
