Depeche Mode Release Rousing Cover of David Bowie's "Heroes"

Depeche Mode have recorded a moving rendition of David Bowie’s “Heroes”, and have released an accompanying video on what will be the 40th anniversary of the song’s original release.

“Heroes” was released by David Bowie in 1977, and remains one of the English musicians’ highly acclaimed songs. Covering his music is a passionate reflection by Depeche Mode, and manner of paying homage to the late artist.

The video is quite dark and genuinely stirring, and highlights the band performing their cover version while trees and other outdoor scenery float by in the background.

This is the official video of the track, which is said to be a staple on their current tour!
