Don’t lie either. Over 30 million copies of ABBA Gold have been sold worldwide since its release on September 21, 1992, making it one of the top-selling albums of all-time!

It’s FULL of hits and remains an album that sells like hot cakes… it has spent over 1000 weeks on the UK’s Hot 200 chart!! Lots of people own this record and lots of people will continue to own this record into the future. Definite classic status.

And all the ABBA super fans out there have even more reason to be excited…. the ABBA Hologram Tour has been announced! Yep, Sweden’s greatest export is going back on tour in 2019 but not in the traditional sense. The band will digitally recreate their 1977 selves and perform with a live band using vocal recordings from their 1977 Australian tour.

Can you handle even more ABBA news? They’re also making a movie sequel to “Mamma Mia” titled “Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again!” which is set to hit theaters sometime in July 2018.

Whether you’re a fan of the band or not, it’s hard to overlook their influence on pop music and their continued relevance.
