You itchy yet? Just over a week until Whistler Blackcomb opens for the season!

I have to keep telling myself all this precipitation that falls as rain in the city, has got to be falling as glorious snow a little higher up!

Whistler Blackcomb opens November 24th, and it is looking good up there!

There are flurries in the forecast for today, with the next system projected to hit this coming Saturday.

On average the mountains get ~11.7 metres of snow each year!

Fun Fact: That’s as high as a telephone pole!

Manning: Re-opening weekends from December 3, open 7 days a week from December 16, 2016.

Big White: is also scheduled to open November 24.

Sun Peaks has rescheduled its opening from November 19th until a later, unknown, date.
